My passion lies in helping individuals that want to help themselves - helping those that want to build the habits necessary to maintain a fit, happy, healthy lifestyle and a physically aesthetic physique for years to come.
I recognize that stepping into a gym can be scary at first & information overload is very real and can be overwhelming when starting out your health and fitness journey.
My goal is to simplify the process, make going to the gym a comfortable and exciting experience, remove any doubt about what you should be doing to attain your goals and helping you develop the tools you need in a safe and effective learning environment. I strive to help my clients eventually be able to continue their fitness journeys successfully without needing a trainer.
I often tell people "If I had myself as a trainer when I started out at 19, it wouldn't have taken me 3 years to get to where I was at year 3. It probably would've taken me 8 months to a year".
Between track & field, marching band, martial arts, weight training, playing roller derby on the world stage and competing in NPC Men’s Classic Physique, Men’s Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique, I have always been into fitness & staying active.
I began my bodybuilding journey in 2014 and 3 fast years later, my potential was spotted by IFBB Pro and Owner of Builtco Body & Fitness (Uptown Dallas) Miguel Martinez while working out at his gym in 2017. I already had the desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and under Miguel's tutelage I honed my skills as a trainer and learned to apply those skills to others in a high caliber manner with a high standard of conduct.
I am: an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer, ACTION Certified in Advanced Nutrition and use this knowledge as a Trainer & Macronutrient Coach to build custom-tailored diet and exercise programs with accountability and check-in schedules, to help my clients achieve their body transformation goals.
During a one-on-one consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle, habits and goals so that I can customize a realistic and easy-to-follow program tailored to you!
With your customized program, I lay out our goals, your cardio, nutrition, supplementation and workout schedule as well as a monthly check-in schedule with measurements, photos and Inbody 270 readings to track progress and adherence to the program.

Two of the main reasons people cannot stick to and sustain the transformation they want are they don't have the knowledge and they don't have the willpower.
My program doesn't just get you physical results, it gets you mental results as well; discipline, mental fortitude, increase enjoyment of life, improved mood, decision making, self accountability and drive; and when I take the guesswork out of fitness and dieting for you, there is no reason not to get results!
Transforming your body will be a lifestyle change and it won't be easy. You will constantly have to work harder and make sacrifices and above all, ALWAYS GET BACK UP! I'll be there every step of the way to help you.
Just like academic learning, kinesthetic learning is teachable. I show you proper technique on all exercises, record your workouts and help teach you to love and look forward to living a healthier and stronger life!
All packages include a one-on-one consultation to allow me to assess your lifestyle, habits and goals to create a custom-tailored workout and diet program just for you!
